Three people drank too much. They were Juku-Kalle Raid, Marek Reinaas, and Kadri Napritson-Acuna. They did not deny it.
Alcohol was discussed at the official meeting. Travel companions were absent. They found out later.
Õhtuleht said: "The Dalai Lama is old. He does not tolerate alcohol and smoking. Be polite."
Reinaas said: "These instructions were for everyone."
Napritson-Acuna wrote on social media. She said she was on vacation. She drank wine and rum. She saw no harm.
The interior minister said: "You should relax on vacation."
Raid said they did not drink before the meeting. He said the meetings were good.
