The Riigikogu is discussing Kalle Grünthal's right.
The Prosecutor's Office says that Grünthal misused fuel cards.
Grünthal used fuel cards for personal purposes. He did this 46 times. The amount was nearly 3000 euros.
The law states that MPs can use fuel cards for work. However, they cannot use them for personal purposes.
The Prosecutor General says this is a crime. The crime is embezzlement.
The Constitution states that an MP is inviolable. A criminal charge can only be made if the Riigikogu agrees.
