NGO Slava Ukraini has filed a lawsuit with a Ukrainian court.
They are seeking 750,000 euros in damages.
The financial damage amounts to 356,548 euros. Reputational damage is 400,000 euros.
The Estonian and Ukrainian police investigated the use of the funds.
Johanna-Maria Lehtme and Hennadi Vaskiv are accused.
The court will hear the case in Lviv.
