The Ministry of Education is changing the rules.
Students can graduate from school even if they have poor grades. They do not need 50% results from exams.
This raised questions in schools. The Ministry of Economic Affairs did not like it.
Now the rules are new. The Ministry of Education says the rules are almost ready.
If a student fails an exam, they can still graduate from school. Retake exams are only in exceptional cases.
Such students must take a state supplementary exam.
The supplementary exam can be taken before June 1. If the student is ill, they can take the exam until August 25.
The Ministry of Education also created a new curriculum. It helps students move on to a new school.
