<p>On the night of last year's Women's Day, Marcel Vichmann was caught by the police. He was driving under criminal intoxication on the Ääsmäe-Haapsalu-Rohuküla road. His car was rolling on only three wheels. He also did not stop, despite the police giving stop signals. The drive ended in a ditch.</p><p>Prosecutor Andrei Voronin told the court on Thursday that an agreement had been reached. Vichmann pleaded guilty and agreed to a prison sentence. He was sentenced to two years in prison, but he will only actually spend one month in jail.</p><p>One day of that month has already been accounted for. The remaining punishment will be conditional if he does not commit a new crime within two years and three months. In addition, he will lose his driving license for seven months and must pay legal costs and a fine.</p><p>The agreement was submitted to the court today. The court will now decide whether to confirm it.</p>
