Rectors want conscription to start in late January or early August. This would suit students better.
Rectors want conscription to last 12 months. Then students will have time to study.
Winter conscription should start in late January. Then students can finish the fall semester.
Summer conscription should start in early August. Then students will have time to go to university.
Currently, the start of conscription is not convenient for students. Rectors want to change this.
