Haapsalu city will fix Posti street.
The builder YIT did not help. The city wants money back.
YIT said they cannot fix all.
They said the bad road is not their fault.
The problem is water and bad plan.
City leader Peep Aedviiru said work starts soon.
First, they fix crossings. Next year, cracks.
Posti street was made in 2022.
It cost 3.65 million euros. In spring, people found 60 problems.
The work was to start in summer but started in autumn.
The builder did only small jobs. Warranty ends in July 2024.
