Haapsalu city will fix Posti street.
The builder YIT did not help. The city wants money back.
YIT said they cannot fix everything.
They said the poor road condition is not their fault.
The problem is caused by water and a bad design.
City leader Peep Aedviiru said the work will start soon.
First, they will fix the crossings. Next year, the cracks.
Posti street was constructed in 2022.
It cost 3.65 million euros. In spring, people found 60 problems.
The work was supposed to start in summer but began in autumn.
The builder only performed minor repairs. The warranty ends in July 2024.
