Kaja Kallas wrote on social media that she made mistakes three years ago.
She said that Varro Vooglaid and SAPTK organized protests where police and others were hurt.
Kallas now says that this is not true.
The court decided that Kallas must retract her words.
Varro Vooglaid and SAPTK did not like this and went to court.
In 2022, Kallas wrote on social media that EKRE and Varro Vooglaid were attacking Estonia's independence.
She said there was violence at their protests.
Varro Vooglaid turned to the court to have his rights protected.
