This weekend, there was an exciting aviation exhibition at the Estonian Aviation Museum. The sky was filled with various aircraft that are not usually seen.
The most exciting were the aerobatic planes. The Latvian group Baltic Bees and Lithuanian pilot Jurgis Kairys performed amazing tricks. Many people came to the museum just for them.
Jurgis Kairys said that he wants to delight the audience. He performs complex tricks like the Cobra maneuver and quick turns. It is very difficult.
Estonian pilot Jüri Kaljundi also performed impressive tricks. People were very happy.
The Estonian Air Force and NATO aircraft were also at the exhibition. For example, the Estonian transport aircraft M28 and Portuguese F16 aircraft flew.
Mati Meos, who organized the aviation days, said that next year they want to bring NATO helicopters as well. He wants more military aircraft in the museum.
Meos said that they want to get American aircraft. In Finland, Hornet aircraft are being decommissioned. They hope to get one to Estonia.
