Teine ettepanek puudutab töötajate motivatsiooni hoidmist. Koda soovib, et motivatsiooni tõstmise kulutusi kuni tuhat eurot töötaja kohta aastas ei maksustataks. Tööandjad peaksid pidama nende kulude kohta arvestust, aga neid ei peaks deklareerima maksuametile iga kuu.

Lisaks soovitab koda, et töötajaid saaks teatud tingimustel saata tervisekontrollile perearsti juurde. See aitaks lahendada t.

Ettevõtjad ootavad ka, et muutuks kiiremaks. Selleks tuleks kehtestada konkreetsed tähtajad, mida ei tohi ületada.

Valitsus kutsus märtsis kokku efektiivsuse ja majanduskasvu nõukoja. See nõukoda keskendub valitsuse nõustamisele bürokraatia vähendamisel. Another proposal concerns maintaining employee motivation. The Chamber proposes that expenses for increasing motivation of up to one thousand euros per employee per year should not be taxed. Employers should keep records of these expenses but should not declare them to the tax office every month.

In addition, the Chamber recommends that employees could be sent for health checks to their family doctor under certain conditions. This would help solve the shortage of occupational health doctors.

Entrepreneurs also expect that the processing of plans and permits will become faster. For this, specific deadlines that must not be exceeded should be set.

In March, the government convened the Efficiency and Economic Growth Council. This council focuses on advising the government on reducing bureaucracy. For example, the Employers' Confederation collected over 140 proposals from entrepreneurs to reduce bureaucracy. The Council will select the best proposals and gradually implement them.
