Laats added that they do not plan to hire additional employees. They want to measure entrepreneurs' satisfaction with the city.
The coalition plans to build a large conference center. Construction consultants stated that the structures are strong. The conference center will be built in cooperation with the private sector.
Laats promised to develop a loan guarantee program for young families. This will help them purchase real estate.
Sven Sester, a representative of Isamaa, said that the city should avoid interference in business. The city should act only when it is unavoidable.
Sester said that the city is developing a real estate strategy. They will assess city-owned properties and sell them if necessary.
Tallinn will create an economic growth council. The council will include business organizations. The city will not raise taxes or introduce new taxes.
