Russia's military operations in Ukraine continue. Last week, there were fewer battles than the previous week. Russia lost an average of 1,700 soldiers every day.
Battles mainly took place in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, and Huliaipole areas. Ukrainian forces successfully repelled Russian forces in the Lyman direction.
Russia attacked Ukrainian infrastructure and strategic objects with long-range strikes. The attacks targeted residential buildings, schools, hospitals, and scientific institutions. The Ukrainian Prime Minister emphasized that the republic protects data and technical infrastructure effectively.
Russia also attacked the energy infrastructure of Kyiv. The attacks occur both day and night. Air alerts in Kyiv have become longer and cost Ukraine a lot of money.
Ukraine attacked Russia's oil refineries in Krasnodar Krai, Perm Krai, Rostov Oblast, and Belgorod Oblast. They also targeted defense industry enterprises in Ulyanovsk, Tula, Voronezh, and Rostov Oblasts.
Russia is trying to hide the actual state of its fuel industry and reduce the impact of Ukrainian attacks. President Putin signed a law in September making information about enterprise exports confidential.
European countries are monitoring Russia's possible sabotage acts. NATO member states should share more information about Russia's activities and continue supporting Ukraine.
