Valitsus teeb lihtsamaks
Government makes things easier
Valitsus eemaldab 26 reeglit ja lihtsustab asju.
The government removes 26 rules and simplifies things.
The government is ending 26 rules. This makes business easier. For example, it is no longer necessary to check buckets and mops on trains. Also, it is no longer necessary to check the smoking room sign.
Control over requirements is reduced. For example, accommodations no longer need to count hand towels or air. The smoking room sign does not need to be checked.
New rules take effect in the new year. Businesses no longer need to provide paper invoices. If the buyer wants, they can receive the invoice. Businesses can now compost bio-waste themselves up to one tonne per year.
The hunting law is also changing. Hunting licenses are now digital. Hunters can see who can hunt in the same area. The construction exclusion zone in the coastal and bank flood zone is smaller. Local governments can decide how close to the water body houses can be built.
The Water Act is changing in four points. There is no need for an environmental permit for deepening water bodies. Registration is sufficient. For shellfish and seaweed cultivation at sea, if production is below 100 tonnes, registration is sufficient. Farmers can now move manure piles after submitting an e-notification.
