Many Estonian physiotherapists are tired. This affects their work and life.
The study was conducted by the University of Tartu. Many female physiotherapists are tired.
Burnout is not only at work. It is also at home.
90 physiotherapists answered the questionnaire. Half had symptoms at home. Half had symptoms at work.
Women are the most tired at home. Children and society contribute to this.
There is less fatigue at work. Patients do not cause fatigue. Working with paperwork is more difficult.
Some had no signs of fatigue. Others had very many.
Physiotherapists look after the health of patients. They do not notice their own fatigue.
Many physiotherapists need help. They should talk about fatigue.
