Chairman of the Center Party Mihhail Kõlvart says that the Tallinn coalition has only one achievement - the creation of a municipal circus. He finds that the city's governance over the past year and a half has been poor. All city residents have lost.
Kõlvart said that the Reform Party and the Social Democrats have changed their behavior. He said it was sad to see how the mayor issued a statement against the Reform Party but then waited for their return to the city government.
Kõlvart asked whether the Reform Party is attempting cooperation with the Center Party. He said he has met with leaders of several parties but does not see that the Reform Party wants to cooperate with the Center Party.
He emphasized that the Center Party does not rule out cooperation with any party after the elections. Kõlvart said there is disorder in Tallinn and that there is an obligation to do something about it.
Kõlvart said that cooperation with the Social Democrats may be difficult, but negotiations are possible. He believes that neither Ossinovski nor Kõlvart should sit in this city government.
