67,000 euros will go to the NGO Mondo. This organization assists refugees in Lebanon. They provide food and supplies, particularly to women with children.
The Foreign Minister stated that the Refugee Council and Mondo are strong partners. Mondo has been working in Lebanon since 2016, and the Refugee Council since 2020.
The situation in Lebanon is dire. Many people have lost their homes due to war. Estonian funds will help these individuals.
The UN and the Lebanese government have requested assistance from the international community. They need 308.3 million dollars to help people.
