Narva's new project will help elderly people. The project has three parts: a response center, heaolumeister, and devices. The devices notify when someone falls.
The heaolumeister visits people's homes. They ensure that the home is safe. They help fix dangerous spots.
The project costs 150,000 euros. Ida-Virumaa is giving Narva 100,000 euros. The city of Narva will later pay for the heaolumeister's work.
