Praegu saab pakendikprügi vedada üheksas omavalitsuses. Rohkem kui 60 omavalitsuses saab seda tellida. Muudes omavalitsustes tuleb teha uusi lepinguid.

A lot of waste is generated in Estonia. Waste is either incinerated or landfilled. The reform makes waste collection easier. Apartment buildings have four containers: mixed waste, biowaste, paper, and packaging. Glass collection depends on the municipality. The reform will reduce the amount of landfilled waste to almost zero.
