Three special flights start Friday evening. First plane has 180 people. Second plane has 140 people. Third plane lands in Riga.
The Foreign Ministry plans four more flights from Dubai. Two flights are Saturday. Two flights are Sunday. One flight goes to Tallinn. One flight goes to Riga.
The Foreign Minister says no more special flights are planned now. Estonians can use other flights.
