A new school building is rising in Narva, two old ones to be demolished

Narva linna arenduse ja ökonoomika amet ning Tallinnas tegutsev arhitektuuribüroo Molumba allkirjastasid 12. veebruaril lepingu projekteerimiseks Narva Soldina linnaossa.
Projekteerimise maksumus on koos käibemaksuga ligemale 800 000 eurot. Projekti autorid on "Ristik" loojad Karli Luik, Johan Tali, Maarja Elm, Harri Kaplan ja Joosep Pärn.
Uus kool ehitatakse Mõisa tänavale. See asub 2024. aastal suletud Soldino kooli ja 2015. aastal tegevuse lõpetanud lasteaia Väikevend kohale. Nende ja on praegu lõppjärgus.
Narva linn on teata, et uude kooli mahub kuni 734 õpilast. Seal on ka eri- ja tõhustatud toe vajadusega õpilastele.
Uude kooli viiakse üle Narva Pähklimäe Kooli, Narva 6. Kooli ja Narva Paju Kooli õpilased. Uus kool peab olema .
Projekti eeldatav . Sellest 16,9 miljonit eurot . Lisaks eraldas riik projektile täiendava finantseeringu summas ligi kolm miljonit eurot.
The Narva City Development and Economics Department and the Tallinn-based architecture firm Molumba signed a contract on February 12 for the design of a new primary school building in the Narva Soldina district.
The cost of the design, including VAT, is nearly €800,000. The authors of the project are the creators of the winning architectural competition entry "Ristik": Karli Luik, Johan Tali, Maarja Elm, Harri Kaplan, and Joosep Pärn.
The new school will be built on Mõisa Street. It is located on the site of the Soldino School, which closed in 2024, and the Väikevend kindergarten, which ceased operations in 2015. The demolition of these buildings and the preparation of the site are currently in the final stages.
The city of Narva has announced that the new school will accommodate up to 734 students. It will also cater to students with special and enhanced support needs.
Students from Narva Pähklimäe School, Narva 6th School, and Narva Paju School will be relocated to the new school. The new school must be ready for use by September 1, 2029, at the latest.
The estimated total cost of the project is €20 million. Of this, €16.9 million will be funded by the Ministry of Education and Research. Additionally, the state has allocated nearly €3 million in additional funding for the project.
