Tartu city plans to build a new bridge and bicycle paths. The bridge would connect Supilinn and Tähtvere districts.
The bridge construction would cost about 12 million euros. Building a bicycle path on Ujula street would cost one million euros. The city wants to get funding from the climate ministry.
