On Thursday, fuel prices rose at Estonian gas stations. Gasoline 95 now costs 1.7 euros per liter. Gasoline 98 costs 1.5 euros. Diesel fuel costs 1.7 euros per liter.
On Friday, prices were even lower. Gasoline 95 cost 1.584 euros. Diesel fuel cost 1.424 euros.
Tarmo Kärsna, the head of Alexela, says that prices rose due to the war. The war is between Israel and Iran. If the war were short, higher prices would not reach Estonia. But now prices have risen.
First, prices fell in Estonia. But globally, prices were high. Now higher prices have reached Estonia as well.
