Tallinn bought an old building. The building is on Lai Street. The school will get space there.
Tallinn will give other buildings in exchange. They are in Lasnamäe and the Old Town. Altogether it costs 6 million euros.
The price of the building was 5.7 million. It's cheaper than expected.
