Prosecutor's Office Has Not Reached Charges in Mölder's Criminal Case

Mölder ütles, et ta ei ja kaitseb oinmit õigusi.

Over the past year, various prosecutors have evaluated the evidence gathered during the pre-trial proceedings. Now, the Prosecutor General is analyzing the collected information and deciding whether to submit an application to the Chancellor of Justice.
ERR last wrote about Mölder's criminal case in March 2023. At that time, it was known that the Prosecutor's Office had disclosed the case materials to the defense.
In February 2024, former Center Party member and Isamaa member Tõnis Mölder was presented with a suspicion. He is suspected of bribery in the distribution of "roof money."
Mölder stated that he does not admit guilt and is defending his rights.
