In another example, Reisiekspert gave the price of a motivation event as 9942 euros. However, the actual price was 9112 euros. The ministry asked Reisiekspert why they provided false prices.
Reisiekspert said that they did nothing wrong. They believe that the ministry is interpreting the contract incorrectly. Reisiekspert is considering going to court.
Krista Aas said that if a company shows a higher price, they get more money. Reisiekspert won the public tender because they offered a lower service fee.
Aas said that according to the contract, the company must provide correct prices. Since Reisiekspert breached the contract, the ministry terminated the contract immediately.
