Seven restaurants received the Bib Gourmand recognition. Three restaurants received the green star. The director of the Michelin Guide said: "We are happy to add nine new restaurants. These restaurants showcase the diversity of Estonian cuisine. They offer both Estonian and international dishes."

The Bib Gourmand recognition is awarded to restaurants with a good price-to-quality ratio. This year, the Tallinn restaurant Uma received the recognition for the first time. The recognition was also given to Fellin in Viljandi and the Tallinn restaurants Härg, Lore Bistroo, Mantel, Korsten, Noa, and Tuljak.
