Prime Minister Kristen Michal said the opposition is in panic. The opposition wants quick elections, but their talk about a bad economy does not correspond to reality.
Michal wrote on social media that the economy has grown. Under his leadership, wages have risen faster than prices. Over the past 17 years, the economy has grown for 14 years.
The Prime Minister said that the talk about energy prices also does not correspond to reality. In June and July, Estonia's electricity prices were the lowest in Europe after Finland. Prices are falling.
The opposition also lost in the presidential elections. EKRE did not participate, Isamaa was not united, and Keskerakond wanted to prohibit delegates from participating in the elections.
Michal said that the opposition is nervous, but Estonia's economy is doing well. The opposition's strategy is based on bad talk, but it does not correspond to reality.
When the economy is doing well, the opposition has a problem. Their political talk does not work. The economy grows and people are more confident.
The Prime Minister concluded that the opposition is playing against the economy and the people. His plans have worked and the reforms are correct.
The opposition parties want to dismiss the government and organize new elections.
