Currently, Estonia's largest hall is Unibet Arena in Tallinn. It can accommodate 7200 people, but often fewer people attend. For example, at a basketball match in March, there were 6637 spectators.

Pärnu, Tallinn, and Tartu all want the hall in their city. Pärnu has already started planning. They also showed a video of what the hall might look like. The mayor of Pärnu says the hall would boost the city's tourism.
Tallinn says the hall should be in their city. They say only Tallinn can utilize the hall well. The hall could come near the Ülemiste shopping center.
Tartu also wants the hall in their city. The mayor says Tartu has good transport opportunities. The hall would also aid regional development.
EOK will decide shortly where to build the hall. They are considering funding, location, and other factors.
