Toom said that Estonia should not rely only on the USA. Geopolitics is unfavorable for Estonia. We need a strong Europe.
Toom believes that international law is in crisis. If we violate the law, we lose moral authority. Without law, it is difficult for Estonia to survive.
Toom concluded that if we do not support international law, one day it will come back to haunt us. Estonia has little power in the world.
