The Health Insurance Fund says that 53% of girls received the vaccine. This is good, but WHO recommends over 90%.
Russian-speaking children do not receive the vaccine because schools are large. Some schools do not allow the vaccine.
The Minister of Social Affairs says that a new digital system may help vaccinate more children. Children up to 18 years old can get the vaccine for free.
