The city of Tartu is making a new plan. The plan is for Anne 46 and Anne 48.
The developer Ingvar Allekand says they want to create a new commercial area. There will be three buildings. There could be a spa, a doctor's office, or a hotel.
The city held a competition. The winning plan features three buildings. Between them, there will be a street and a square.
People hope that the new area will be good for Annelinn. Parking is important. Currently, there are parking spaces, but 21 spots will disappear.
An underground parking lot will be built. The plan will be public from December 22nd. People can share their opinions until January 12th.
