ERR asked candidates from major parties which projects they would invest in.
Jevgeni Ossinovski (SDE) wants to invest in schools, kindergartens, and trams. He also wishes to build a new Olympic swimming pool and develop Peterburi road. He supports the Tallinn hospital project as well.
Mihhail Kõlvart (Keskerakond) spoke about the Olympic swimming pool, the Pirita road promenade, and the small ring road. He also wants to restore the Kopli community house.
Maris Lauri (Reformierakond) said that streets, trams, and schools are important to her. She wants to build new school buildings and kindergartens.
Aleksei Jašin (Eesti 200) talked about tram lines and traffic junctions. He also wants four new schools and eight kindergartens. The Tallinn hospital project is also important to him.
Urmas Reinsalu (Isamaa) stated that the city's investment policy must be clear. He wants to put money into traffic flow, healthcare, and education.
Lavly Perling (Parempoolsed) believes that the city should build less and support the private sector more. She does not want to invest in the city hall.
