The Reform Party won the elections in Viimsi. They secured seven seats in the 21-member council. This is one seat more than in the previous elections.

Suurima hulgahääle sai Reformierakonna kandidaat Taavi Kotka. Ta on ja sai 873 häält. Praegune abivallavanem Alar Mik, kes on samuti Reformierakonnalt, kogus 415 häält.
