The Reform Party won the elections in Viimsi. They secured seven seats in the 21-member council. This is one seat more than in the previous elections.
The highest number of votes went to the Reform Party candidate Taavi Kotka. He is an IT entrepreneur and received 873 votes. The current deputy mayor Alar Mik, who is also from the Reform Party, gathered 415 votes.
The second most seats were won by Isamaa. They secured five seats in the council. Their most popular candidate was Aivar Osa, who received 383 votes.
The Center Party obtained four seats in the Viimsi council. The electoral alliance Vali Viimsi got three seats, and Kogukondade Viimsi secured two seats.
Some parties did not win any seats. For example, the party Eesti 200 fell below the threshold. Their candidate Lauri Hussar, who is the chairman of the parliament and former chairman of Eesti 200, received 44 votes in Viimsi.
