Signs warning about the crow have been placed again near the Anne Canal. Many people have not seen the crow, but some have encountered it. For example, one woman shared how the crow attacked her, and she had to run away. Another person said they always carry a stick when walking there because they fear the crow.
Urban ecologist Marko Mägi said that crows are currently aggressive because it is their nesting season. However, not all birds attack people. The crow that attacks may be particularly nervous. Mägi also mentioned that crows might become angry if people stop feeding them.
In addition to crows, seagulls can also attack people. Mägi recommended wearing a hat to avoid head injuries. The simplest solution is to avoid areas where birds might attack.
