Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said that the Estonian Defense Forces will help plan the exercise Arctic Endurance.
Michal emphasized that Greenland belongs to Denmark. This is an important issue for NATO.
The Prime Minister said that if Denmark wants, Estonian soldiers can go to Greenland. Currently, Estonia is only involved in the planning of the exercise.
Michal added that Estonia will also assist in ensuring Arctic security. However, Denmark has not yet requested assistance.
The Prime Minister believes that NATO members will solve problems together. She hopes that the USA and NATO will find a good solution.
Michal said on the radio that Estonia may send soldiers to Greenland. Other countries such as Sweden and Germany have already done so.
