The city of Tartu is building a new police station.
The new building will be in Annelinn. It is near Kalda tee.
Currently, there is a lot of nature there. Thirteen new buildings are being constructed. One of them is the police station.
The new police station is large. It is six stories high.
Currently, the police are located in a building on Riia Street. There is little space there.
The new building is better. Work will be easier there.
The new location has greenery. Nature is also being protected.
Plans can be seen from June to July. The city hopes the building will be completed in the fall.
