Tallinn alustab järgmise aasta kevadel Lasnamäel . Jalgpalliliit annab selleks vähemalt 750 000 eurot. See on linna ja jalgpalliliidu kokkulepe.
Tallinn on pannud projekti oma 2025. aasta . Selleks on ette nähtud 3,1 miljonit eurot. Sel aastal läheb 400 000 eurot.
Hall ehitatakse Punasel tänaval . Linn korraldab . Hall valmib 2027. aasta esimeses pooles.
Jalgpalliliit võttis 2020. aastal üle Fc Flora kohustused. Need olid ligi 1,6 miljonit eurot. 650 000 eurot kasutati Hiiu staadioni arendamiseks. 750 000 eurot on mõeldud Punase tänava jalgpallihalli jaoks. Ülejäänud summa arutatakse hiljemalt 2026. aasta lõpuks.
