Deputy Director of Kapo: Those who fought against Ukraine must not enter Europe

Mari-Liis Tori ütles, et kui Ukraina ja Venemaa sõda lõppeb, peab kaitsepolitsei tagama, et ei saaks Eestisse ega .
Tori rääkis, et kaitsepolitsei saab praegu hakkama oma tööga. Ta ütles, et oma poolele. Ta soovitas Eesti inimestel mitte reisida Venemaale, kuna seal pole neid võimalik kaitsta.

Lõpuks ütles Tori, et kui Ukraina sõda lõppeb, peab tagama, et ei saaks Eestisse ega . Ta ütles, et need inimesed võivad olla oht julgeolekule ja .
The Deputy Director of Kapo, Mari-Liis Tori, stated that if the war between Ukraine and Russia ends, the Internal Security Service must ensure that individuals who have fought against Ukraine cannot travel to Estonia or Europe.
Tori mentioned that the Internal Security Service is currently managing its tasks well. She said that Russia is attempting to recruit people to its side. She advised Estonian citizens not to travel to Russia, as they cannot be protected there.
Tori also spoke about the detention of Oleg Bessedin. He posed a threat to national security. Tori said that Bessedin has been working for Russian television channels against Estonia since 2010.
Tori stated that Russian special services are monitoring Estonia and other countries. They collect information about national defense forces, police, and other important institutions.
Tori added that it is difficult to say how many people in Estonia support Putin. She noted that the Internal Security Service does not control people's opinions. She also mentioned that Estonia recently banned Russian and Belarusian citizens from participating in elections in Estonia.
Finally, Tori said that if the war in Ukraine ends, it must be ensured that individuals who have fought against Ukraine cannot travel to Estonia or Europe. She said that these individuals could pose a threat to security and public order.
