Michal also spoke about the Eesti 200 party. He said that Eesti 200 is focused on the 2027 elections. Michal does not believe that Eesti 200 will collapse.
Michal said that the government will discuss defense issues next week. He did not rule out an additional budget. Michal said: "We must firmly focus on defense."
The plan for the defense budget is 1.6 billion euros. Michal added that this amount may increase. He said: "We will do everything possible."
Michal also spoke about teachers' salary increases. The Minister of Education wants to sign a new agreement with teachers. Michal said that the possibility of a salary increase will be discussed in August.
