Mart Helme said if he becomes president, he will restore constitutional order in Estonia. He was EKRE's presidential candidate also in 2016.
The presidential elections will take place in autumn. The first round is on September 2. The current president's term ends on October 10.
In the first round, a candidate must be nominated by at least 21 MPs. The president will be elected if 68 MPs vote for them.
If the president isn't elected after three rounds, an electoral assembly will be convened.
