At the same meeting, a new mayor must be elected.
If an interim mayor is elected, a new one must be appointed within two months.
If a new mayor is not elected, the council will cease to work.
Then all members of the council will leave.
New people will take their place.
If the council ceases to work, the Centre Party will gain more power.
