The Norstat survey revealed that Isamaa remains the most popular party. It was supported by 26.4 percent of the people. A week earlier, Isamaa's support was 26.6 percent. Thus, the decline in support was halted over the course of a few weeks.
Keskerakond's support increased by 1 percentage point over the week. However, Reformierakond's support fell by 1.3 percentage points. Due to these changes, Keskerakond and Reformierakond swapped places in the rating table. Their support percentages are currently very close (17.8 and 17.4 percent).
Reformierakond's support was 12 percent in one week. This is the lowest result in Norstat and the Institute for Social Studies. This was stated by Martin Mölder, a professor at the University of Tartu.
The main parties are Isamaa (26.4%), Keskerakond (17.8%), Reformierakond (17.4%). They are followed by EKRE (16.5%), the Social Democratic Party (10.4%), the Conservative People's Party (5.0%), and Eesti 200 (3.6%). The Greens were supported by 1.1%, and the Koos party by 0.7%.
Martin Mölder calculated how many mandates the parties would currently get: Isamaa 32, Keskerakond and Reformierakond both 20, EKRE 18, and SDE 11.
The coalition parties were supported by 21% of people. The opposition parties were supported by 71.1%.
The Norstat survey was conducted over four weeks. It was answered by 4,001 people. The margin of error was the largest for Isamaa (+/-1.69%). For the other parties, the margin of error was smaller.
Reformierakond's Secretary General Timo Suslov said that the Norstat survey misleads the public. He stated that Reformierakond's support has been 17-19% over the past two months, according to other surveys. At the same time, Isamaa's support has declined.
