There is a fierce competition for the position of the Reform Party's Tallinn district leader. Three people are running: entrepreneur Märt Vooglaid, Member of Parliament Maris Lauri, and Jevgeni Šibinski, who works in the private sector.
The Reform Party says that there has never been such active competition in the Tallinn district before. A total of 36 people want to join the Tallinn board. Among them are Andres Aro, Anu Lust-Wahar, Bogdan Janakov, and many others.
In addition, there is a competition for the positions of district leaders in various city districts. For example, there are four candidates for the position of the central district leader.
The internal elections of the Reform Party in Tallinn began on November 10 and will end on November 15. The elections are conducted electronically. The leadership candidates also participated in an internal party debate.
On November 16, the Reform Party's Tallinn district will announce the new leader. On the same day, the new members of the Tallinn district board and the district leaders of various city districts will also be announced.
