In the concluded local elections, electoral coalitions received the most votes. They were given 141,126 votes, or 23.9% of all votes. Compared to four years ago, Isamaa gained more support, while the Reform Party lost support.
The Central Party took second place, gathering 124,840 votes, or 21.1%. In third place was Isamaa with 109,749 votes, or 18.6%. This was followed by the Reform Party and the Social Democratic Party. The Reform Party received 58,982 votes (10.0%), while the SDE received 58,484 votes (9.9%). EKRE gathered 48,478 votes (8.2%), and Parempoolsed received 27,686 votes (4.7%). Eesti 200 got 9,819 votes (1.7%).
The elections four years ago were different. At that time, the Central Party won with 24.4% of the votes. Electoral coalitions received 24.3%. The Reform Party was in third place with 17.3% of the votes, and EKRE was in fourth place with 13.2%. Isamaa received 8.4%, Eesti 200 received 6.0%, and the SDE received 5.0%.
