Tallinn Port filed three claims. The first claim is against Ain Kaljurann, Eno Saar, Toivo Promm, and Bone Invest OÜ. They are seeking 590,032 euros for damages and 463,455 euros for interest.
The second claim is against Ain Kaljurann, Üllar Raad, Tõnis Pohla, Toivo Promm, and Bone Invest OÜ. They are seeking 562,136 euros for damages and 441,544 euros for interest.
The third claim is against Sven Honga, Keskkonnahoolduse OÜ, Toivo Promm, and Bone Invest OÜ. They are seeking 419,979 euros for damages and 329,883 euros for interest.
TS Ships filed their claim. It is against Toivo Promm and R.I.C.H. Group Trading Ltd. They are seeking 3,152,000 euros for damages and 2,475,816 euros for interest.
The claims arose from a criminal case that became public in 2015. The court rulings have entered into force. They concern former executives of Tallinn Port who violated the law and caused damage.
