The recent local elections have reshaped the power dynamics in Harju County's municipalities. For example, there are significant changes in Rae and Keila.
In Rae, Isamaa is seeking new partners. The Reform Party, which led the previous election cycle, fell behind Isamaa. Isamaa's vote magnet was Gerli Lehe, who gathered 1304 votes.
Lehe said that Isamaa met with all parties, but no proposal has been made yet. Negotiations may lead to a power coalition as early as this week.
In Keila, the electoral alliance Terve Keila gathered the most votes. They have made a coalition proposal to Isamaa and the Social Democrats. No coalition will be formed with the Reform Party.
In Jõelähtme, the Reform Party was successful in the elections. Mayor Andrus Umboja will continue. A coalition proposal was made to the Social Democrats and the Center Party.
In Kiili, the elections were won by Kiili Külade Ühendus. They are looking for a partner in the council to cooperate with. Mayor Aimur Liiva will not continue in office.
In Saku, the electoral alliance Väikelinn Saku gained a majority in the council. Mayor Marti Rehemaa gathered 982 votes.

In Saue, the electoral alliance Koostöö - Meie vald, led by Mayor Andres Laisa, won. They are making a proposal to the existing coalition partners. Negotiations have already begun.
