The national exam period begins on Monday. 9102 students will take the Estonian language exam. The mathematics exam has a new formula sheet to help students.
High school graduates must take three exams: Estonian (or Estonian as a second language), mathematics, and a foreign language exam. Instead of English, students could also choose another international language exam.
The Estonian language exam takes place from April 14 to 17. It tests reading and writing skills. For the writing part, students must write a 400-word text. More detailed information will be available on the Harno website after the exam.
The mathematics exam is on May 20. It features a new formula sheet. The English language exam runs from April 27 to 30. 2932 students registered for the Estonian language exam.
11,059 students will take the mathematics exam. 5,586 students will take the English language exam. In total, 12,906 students will take national exams.
Exam results will be published by June 18. The top students will be invited to the "100 Points Party".
If a student cannot attend the exam, they can take a supplementary exam. For this, they must submit an application to Harno.
