Delfi wrote that Kõlvart leads other candidates by a large margin. 11 percent of people support Jevgeni Ossinovski. Urmas Reinsalu (Isamaa) had 9 percent support. Lavly Perling (Parempoolsed) received 6 percent, Maris Lauri (Reform Party) 5 percent, Martin Helm (EKRE) 2 percent, and Aleksei Jašin (Eesti 200) 1 percent. 24 percent of respondents could not say whom they support.
Kõlvart's success is driven by non-Estonian-speaking voters. However, he is also the most popular among Estonians. Among Estonians, 23 percent support Kõlvart. Ossinovski had 16 percent support, Reinsalu 15 percent, Perling 11 percent, Lauri 7 percent, Helm 3 percent, and Jašin 1 percent.
Among respondents of other nationalities, 69 percent support Kõlvart. Ossinovski received 4 percent. Other candidates had even fewer supporters. 23 percent of Estonians and 24 percent of respondents of other nationalities could not say whom they support.
The survey was conducted from September 4 to 9. The Delfi article does not specify how many people were surveyed in Tallinn. Local government elections will take place from October 13 to 19.
