Estonia donated 22 police cars to Ukraine

ja saatis sellel nädalal Ukrainasse 22 autot. Need autod on ja jaoks.
Osa autodest osteti annetuste raha eest. Kokku on 13 Volkswagen Amarokit, kaheksa Škoda Scalat ja üks Nissan Patrol. Need autod lähevad Ukraina le ja Hersoni, Žõtomõri, Sumõ ja Tšernihivi politseile.
Egert Belitšev ütles, et riigi tugevus algab ust. ja aitavad inimesi. Aga neil on vähe autosid, sest paljud autod on vanad või hävinud Vene rünnakutes.
Politsei uuris, kuidas Ukrainat aidata saab. Esimest korda saadeti sinna autosid. Koos ga koguti kokku 75 000 eurot. Selle raha eest osteti kaheksa Škoda Scalat.
Need Škoda Scalid olid varem PPA kasutuses. Liigperioodi lõppedes tagastati need müüjale. Nüüd osteti need autod Ukrainale. Ülejäänud autod olid PPA omandis, aga neid enam Eestis ei kasutata.
Alates 2024. aastast on see kolmas kord, kui Eesti annetab Ukrainale politseiautosid. Kokku on Ukrainasse saadetud 57 autot.
Annetusele aitasid kaasa , Rahvusvahelise Politseiassotsiatsiooni (IPA) Eesti osakond, , DefSecIntel, Circle K ja Rohe Auto AS.
Estonian police and Tallinn Rotary Club sent 22 cars to Ukraine this week. These vehicles are for Ukrainian police and border guards.
Some of the cars were purchased with donated money. In total, there are 13 Volkswagen Amaroks, eight Škoda Scalas and one Nissan Patrol. These vehicles will go to Ukrainian border guards and police in Kherson, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Chernihiv.
PPA director general Egert Belitšev said that a country's strength begins with internal security. Ukrainian police and border guards help people. But they have few cars because many vehicles are old or destroyed in Russian attacks.
The police studied how to help Ukraine. For the first time, cars were sent there. Together with Tallinn Rotary Club, 75,000 euros were collected. Eight Škoda Scalas were purchased with this money.
These Škoda Scalas were previously used by PPA. When the lease period ended, they were returned to the seller. Now these cars were purchased for Ukraine. The remaining vehicles were PPA property but were no longer used in Estonia.
Since 2024, this is the third time Estonia has donated police cars to Ukraine. A total of 57 vehicles have been sent to Ukraine.
The donation was supported by Tallinn Rotary Club, the Estonian section of the International Police Association (IPA), the Estonian Association of Support Police Officers, DefSecIntel, Circle K and Rohe Auto AS.
